About us
Our work is characterized by the combination of experience in the development of thermal process plants and their practical implementation in industrial operations. Our technical understanding is significantly shaped by our experience in the design, construction and commissioning of pyrolysis and rotary kiln plants – particularly in the recycling sector.
This practical know-how enables us to carry out fact-based assessments of plant concepts, identify technical weaknesses at an early stage and devise targeted technical solutions. In doing so, we take into account structural, process and operational aspects alike.
This combination of development experience and practical implementation forms the foundation of Beyond Green GmbH, founded in 2025, and defines our approach to consultancy, optimization and technical support for industrial plants.
The Founders

Daniel Rader
Daniel is an engineer specializing in the development, design and optimization of thermal process plants. His professional career has included roles in design, process engineering development and senior management positions in industrial plant engineering.
Before founding Beyond Green, he worked on the development of pyrolysis and electric heating systems. As a development engineer, he was responsible for the design and construction of plants, as well as the further development of thermal processes in industrial applications. With his expertise in electric heating technologies, he played a key role in various advancements to heating systems in thermal processing plants, as well as in the development to market readiness of new plants for high-temperature heat generation.
Today, he brings this experience to Beyond Green, applying it to the development and evaluation of thermal systems. His work focuses on the analysis of process parameters, the optimisation of existing plants, and the technical design of solutions in the field of thermal processing and recycling technologies.
Peter Uerlichs
With more than a decade’s experience in industrial furnace construction, Peter has extensive expertise in the development, design and implementation of thermal process and recycling technologies. His professional career has included roles in design, site management and research and development of complex thermal plants.
Before founding Beyond Green, he focused on the development and implementation of pyrolysis and rotary kiln plants, as well as on the project management of international industrial plants. As an expert in pyrolytic processes for battery recycling, he played a pivotal role in the plant development to market readiness. His responsibilities included structural design, commissioning and on-site projects.
At Beyond Green, his focus is on the design, evaluation and implementation of thermal plant solutions. He oversees projects from the technical design stage through to implementation and commissioning, combining detailed engineering knowledge with a thorough understanding of systems engineering. Peter is your contact for sales and technical customer support.
