In addition, we provide support with technical queries relating to materials, safety requirements and approval procedures. Thanks to our established network of laboratories and experts, detailed questions concerning e.g. material properties or topics relevant for regulatory approval can be quickly and reliably analyzed and answered.

Procuring a thermal processing plant requires a thorough understanding of both your specific production process and the technical requirements of plant engineering.
Beyond Green supports you in clearly defining technical requirements, evaluating quotations from a technical perspective, and analyzing the impact of different plant designs on your production process.
As an independent consultant, we facilitate communication between our client and the plant supplier and ensure that technical requirements are fully understood and implemented. This results in well-informed procurement decisions, high product quality and stable production processes.
Construction Management
Quality, Schedule, and Commissioning — Always on Track
Even with careful planning, the quality of implementation is decisive for the long-term success of a project. Defects or deviations during assembly can later lead to increased effort during commissioning and the start-up of production.
Building on our experience from numerous plant projects, we provide technical support throughout the construction and assembly phases. We coordinate deliveries and on-site work, monitor the quality of execution and assist in resolving technical issues during project implementation.
Furthermore, Beyond Green supports the acceptance tests as part of the FAT and SAT, as well as the commissioning of the plant. Through close coordination with all project stakeholders, we help to ensure that quality standards, deadlines and project objectives are reliably met.
Optimization of Existing Plants
Focus on Quality, Safety and Efficiency
Thermal processing plants are among the most energy-intensive production facilities and therefore offer significant potential for improving efficiency and operational safety. Furthermore, requirements regarding energy efficiency, environmental standards and safety technology have evolved considerably over recent decades.
Particularly in the case of older plants, a detailed assessment of the thermal process, the control system design and the safety-related systems is required. The aim is to identify opportunities for optimization and to carry out a technical and economic assessment of individual components.
Building on this, Beyond Green develops custom-engineered optimization and modernization concepts tailored to your operational requirements. We support the technical implementation and the integration of these measures into day-to-day operations.
